4 bedrooms and 2 baths will sleep up to 12 guests (8 adults) in 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 queens with twin/twin bunks. 2 tub/shower baths. Fresh linens included. Basic soaps provided.

2 complete kitchens allow you to use one for preparing meals and the other for kids (and adults) to help themselves to snacks and drinks without getting in the way. Or 2 familes can prepare meals separately. Kitchen is open to dining and living area so you can visit while you cook and clean up.
