Spring.....3/8 to 5/13.......$2400/week.....$400/night.....3 night minimum stay
Summer..5/14 to 10/21...$4200/week......$700/night.....5 night minimum stay (6/7 to 9/15 is Weekly Only)

Additional Charges of $150 Cleaning Fee and $300 Refundable Security Deposit Apply to All Rentals
Terms
- 50% of rental amount is due at time of reservation with balance of rental and fees due 60 days prior to check-in
- Additional 3% fee for credit card payments; accepted only through PayPal
- Security deposit of $500 is refundable within 14 days of check-out provided terms are met
- Rental agreement required
- Minimum age of 25 years for rentals
